Hello, I’m in the middle of hosting the chat for January with the lovely Sarah Ockwell-Smith from BabyCalm and realised I need to put the post here with the competition in it !!

To enter all you need to do is leave a blog comment with what works best to help your baby get to sleep at night. There are five prizes up for grabs – they are the BabyCalm Baby Calming Sounds CD. The competition ends at 9am tomorrow so make sure you enter quickly!

    best way i get my son to sleep is it a bottle bath time and massage with cream a bedtime story also we relax time with music jack favourite song blame on the weatherman and relaxing music like lullbies songs and a blanket a soother and his little cuddle toy he love bedtime we alway sing and reading stories jack loves bedtime xxx

    If breastfeeding does send my 15mth old to sleep then her and daddy go upstairs and lie down in bed catching stars from the light projector!

    The best thing that works for getting my baby to sleep is routine along with blackout blinds!! We get him changed, close the blinds and curtains, sit with him whilst he has his bottle, then put him down to sleep in his cot. He’s soon away with the fairies!!

    I’m very lucky. If I try to make my boy lie down and sleep he screams and refuses. If I ask him nicely to lie down he immediately drops and goes straight to sleep lol

    A massage with the same songs sung every night, put sleeping bag on,feed in quiet dim room and cuddles while listening to white noise beach sounds app and his bear comforter

    Since I’ve stopped breasrfeeding, I now give her a cuddle and then we both sing twinkle twinkle. She then gets in her bed and goes asleep while either playing with my hair, or holding my hand. X
