What is SnoozeShade Twin? SnoozeShade Twin is a pram and pushchair shade designed to fit double prams and twin buggies, pushchairs and strollers with one double-width hood.

What is the snooze mode? Use SnoozeShade Twin to completely cover your double pram or twin pushchair when it’s time for an on-the-go nap.
The unique fabric protects from 99% of UV rays, blurs distractions and shuts out 94% of light, creating a comfortingly dark space that encourages naps by boosting melatonin (the sleepy hormone). When your babies naturally stir at the end of their sleep cycle, the unique fabric prevents them from latching on to visual stimuli that may stop them getting the deeper, longer nap they need.
A sleeping-baby emblem deters people from disturbing your babies, while the sneak-a-peek zips means you can check on one or both of them without letting in too much light.
What is the shade mode? Attach SnoozeShade to the hood and handle of your double pram or twin pushchair to create an overhead canopy that shades your babies from 99% of UVA and UVB rays (UPF 50+). With a pushchair you can also position it to cover just your babies’ legs – ideal when they’re dressed for summer.
Why should I keep my babies out of the sun? Doctors recommend that babies under six months are kept completely out of direct sunlight. Their skin is too sensitive for sunscreen and contains very little melanin, so they burn more easily.
Will SnoozeShade Twin help my baby sleep? SnoozeShade can be used from birth to help you establish a nap routine without being stuck at home. When in snooze mode, it works like a portable blackout blind to create a sleep-friendly space, blocking out 94% of light and blurring distractions. What age is SnoozeShade Twin suitable for? We recommend it from birth to six months, because it’s proportioned for babies who are mostly lying flat. Is it machine washable? Of course – it was invented by a mum! All SnoozeShades are machine washable at 30° and can be tumble dried on low heat.
Do I need to leave my SnoozeShade on my pram or pushchair all the time? No, SnoozeShade Twin is super lightweight and packs down into a handy storage bag (free with every order) that’s compact enough to pop into your change bag or buggy basket.
How does it attach to my pram? SnoozeShade Twin is made from soft mesh with elasticated sides and stretchy straps that make it effortless to fit in seconds. Here are our top tips:
1. There are six sets of straps, but you don’t need to use them all. As long as you have a secure fit with no gaps to let in light, you’re good to go.
2. Attach the straps to the frame of your pram/pushchair or through any gap you find (hood hinges are ideal). They can also be attached to each other around the back of (or under) the carrycot or seat. It’s fine to stretch the straps – they’re designed to extend as needed.
3. Pull the hood forward at least halfway before attaching the top straps. Your SnoozeShade Twin will then sit lower at the front and will be easier to attach at the bottom.

Yes – I want more sleep!Last minute holiday panic buy for our out n about double! Never had babies that sleep in a pram, but heading to greece with four, 4 and under I needed somewhere for my twins to sit when we weren’t wearing them. They slept more on holiday in 33° heat, chilled out in their pram than they ever have before! Our big girls were desperate to get in too! Really impressed with this. Fits perfectly over our maclaren double and our out and about nipper 360.
The velcro straps can attach to the pushchair frame which is good for stopping cheeky twins from trying to pull it off and for making it difficult for our 2 year old to peek in and disturb them.
Love the little storage bag and how portable it is.
I have the Baby Jogger City Mini and found that the Snoozeshade Twin fitted really well. Due to the large hoods on the pushchair I don't think that the Snoozeshade Twin would be used to shade the sun but it's great for when my twins are sleeping. We're often out at nap time and so they're used to sleeping in the pushchair, but often don't sleep very well (they're 21 months). Using the Snoozeshade I've found that my daughter generally falls asleep quicker than usual, but the best bit is they seem to have a deeper sleep. The other day a police car went past with sirens blazing, normally this would be the end of nap time but they both slept on peacefully! I'm very impressed with the quality of the product, it fits into a small bag that easily goes into the basket under the pushchair for when needed, it's very quick to attach to the pushchair and easy to remove too, I've also managed to release half of it meaning that one twin can sleep undisturbed when the other wakes up. I'm really pleased with it and wish that I'd got it ages ago!!
I love this sun shade. Its great for my 2 year old and 1 year old who share a double pushchair. We have the in n out nipper double and it fits perfectly. When they arent asleep and if the evening is cooler its like a little blanket on their legs too. You can easily have one child uncovered and one covered.
