I'm proud to say that after more than 16 years of being in business we have a fault rate of just 0.1%. Considering the number of products we sell, I put this down to my insistence on using high quality materials and strict quality control.

My standard warranty is one year, and if you register your purchase within 30 days I am delighted to offer an optional free 5-year warranty to stand behind the quality of my products. If you have a quality issue, please get in touch with the team on social media or by email.

You must fill out the form below within 30 days of purchase for the extension to be valid. If you do not do this, your original warranty of one year from date of purchase is in place.

Warranty details

You must include the date of original order and order number from an authorised retailer or seller for the warranty extension to be valid.

In the event you make a claim we will ask for proof of purchase, photographic proof of the fault and a batch number. Without these we cannot progress a claim.

What's covered

  • Any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period
  • If a fault is confirmed, we will replace the item free of charge within 5 years of the original purchase date
  • Please note that all shipping costs are to be paid by the customer

What's not covered

  • Damage resulting from negligence or not reading the instructions fully
  • Damage resulting from unauthorised modification of the product
  • Damage caused by natural disaster
  • Theft or loss of the product
