We are looking for TWO junior marketing admin assistants to support our team as we grow our community of influencers and experts.

The role is freelance and remote but you’ll work closely with our existing team and you'll be able to set your own schedule.

We are proud of the high levels of customer service we give at SnoozeShade and so the successful candidate must enjoy interacting with the public and understand what makes a great customer experience.


Initially we are looking for someone who can do 10-15 hours per week (with scope to increase). The rate is £10 per hour.


Regular duties will include: 

  • organising sample products to be shipped to our community of baby sleep experts and influencers
  • supporting our community to set up affiliate codes
  • connecting with new experts/influencers and introducing them to SnoozeShade


It's also important that all SnoozeShade team members work together to provide customer service support via our social media inboxes.

We do this on a rota basis 2/3 afternoons a week and full training is provided.


The ideal candidates: 

  • have a genuine love of social media
  • have a strong admin background
  • are friendly and positive
  • have an interest in, or awareness of, influencer marketing
  • are extremely organised and self motivated
  • have excellent written communication skills
  • love to give great customer service
