Here's exactly how our delivery works, so you know what to expect before you order.
When we ship
We process orders Monday to Friday, not including public holidays.
Order before 3pm and we'll aim to ship it the same day. If we're really busy, it might go out the next working day instead.
Order over a weekend or on a public holiday and it'll ship the next working day.
Who delivers your order
We use Royal Mail and DPD. Over 16 years of sending out SnoozeShades, these two have been the most reliable for getting orders to you safely and on time.

Around 2 working days from shipping. Royal Mail tracked.

Next working day

£7.00
DPD courier. Order before 12pm, Monday to Friday.
For next working day delivery, order before 12pm on a weekday. Orders placed after 12pm, over the weekend, or on a public holiday will go out the next working day instead. Next day delivery doesn't cover Northern Ireland or remote areas, these get our 72 hour service. Occasionally DPD can be delayed by traffic, weather, or local courier issues that are outside our control.
What happens after you order
You'll get an order confirmation from SnoozeShade straightaway. Check your spam folder if it doesn't turn up.
Once we've shipped it, you'll get a tracking email from the courier too. It might say "Giftpoint Ltd" rather than SnoozeShade, that's our warehouse partner.
In rare cases, if we run out of stock at our own warehouse, next day orders might ship via Amazon's fulfilment instead. Still fast, just slightly less predictable timing.

International delivery
How long does international delivery take?
Courier: 2 to 5 working days, with tracking.
Royal Mail International: 7 to 20 working days, tracking where available.
We don't make anything on delivery costs. We'd rather keep prices fair than profit on shipping.
Customs and duties
You're responsible for any duties or taxes your country charges.
If your order would cost more to ship than expected, we'll get in touch before sending it.
