🇬🇧  UK customers:

We offer three ways to ship your products.

When you place your order you will be given three choices

  • FREE UK P&P  takes 7-10 days (about 5 working days) 
  • Faster service  £3 takes 2-3 days  (tracked service with the Royal Mail)
  • Next working day courier  £6  Order before 12pm (noon) on a working day and it will be with you the next working day.  Order on a weekend and it will be despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday

    Please note:  We process orders Monday - Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.  Most orders placed before 3pm are despatched that day but it may be the next working day.

      Free UK delivery

      UK orders are sent using either the Royal Mail or Amazon’s network which provide a trackable service. It usually takes 5 working days but it can take up to 7 working days dependent on your address.  If you have not received your order within 10 days then please click here to contact us

      You'll get an email from us to say the order has been despatched (please check your junk mail).  You will then get a separate email from us or Amazon with tracking details.

      Faster Service (2-3 working days)

      These orders are dispatched with either the Royal Mail's tracked 48 hour service or Amazon's tracked expedited service. 

      ⏱️ Next day service

      If you order before 12pm (noon) on a weekday your order will be despatched that day. If you order after 12pm it will be despatched the next working day.

      If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday then it will be despatched on the first working day eg Tuesday after a Bank Holiday.

      We use either DPD or Amazon’s expedited service.

      DPD is always next working day and Amazon is either next working day but can be a weekend. 

      Please provide your mobile number so that in the event we use DPD you will receive a text message and an email from DPD to say exactly when your delivery will arrive within a one hour window.  For an Amazon delivery you will receive an email from Amazon with tracking information but the time will not be specified.   

      ** Please check your junk mail for despatch and shipment messages as they often end up there



      We have enabled global selling on our store on Amazon.co.uk so you can order from there.  Amazon then manages all the local import taxes and duties.

      Unfortunately, due to the huge difficulties we've encountered getting stock into Europe, we have made the difficult decision to no longer sell directly on Amazon Europe or fulfill European orders from our website.

      Please check here for your local Amazon to see whether the product you want is for sale locally. We sell on Amazon in the US, Canada and Australia.

      📦  International courier takes anywhere from 2-5 working days. You will receive a tracking number so you can track the shipment.

      ✉️  International Royal Mail takes longer – it can be anything from a week to 20 days. You will receive a tracking number where we have one so you can see where it is.

      We do not make a profit on delivery and, in fact, make a small loss in order to keep our prices consistent and competitive for everyone. 


      ** You are liable for ANY custom or duties payable for delivery in your home country. We also state this at checkout when you choose international delivery.

      **  We cannot accurately quote for every delivery destination so, for some international locations we have used the most popular cities in order to give a rough idea of delivery cost. If you live in an area which is more expensive than our quoted rate then we will contact you to pay the difference before shipping.

      ** If your order does not arrive within the timeframes above please get in touch as soon as possible so we can try and track it for you. We cannot help you if you leave it too long.  Click here to contact us 


      Sadly, we have heard from a number of customers who've had deliveries stolen from doorsteps when they were not in for a delivery.  Please understand that we cannot be held responsible if this happens. If you are not going to be in when expecting deliveries then arrange for a neighbour to take them for you.
