Please note:  We process orders Monday - Friday only as our warehouse is closed at weekends. Most orders placed before 3pm are despatched that day but it may be the next working day depending on the volume of orders. Orders are not processed or despatched on weekends or public holidays.   

We use the Royal Mail & DPD as we've tried numerous carriers over the last 14 years and they are the most reliable.  Delivery timings are estimated and based on the shipping date not the order date and do not include weekends or public holidays.  We cannot be held responsible for delays due to the delivery network having issues beyond our control. 

Please note: If you have a tight deadline, we recommend you choose our Next Day service to guarantee it arrives on time. If you need a weekend delivery please contact us before ordering so we can find out what the cost will be.

For international customers: We offer delivery services that we find most cost-effective and most reliable internationally. If you want an order faster we can arrange a courier for additional cost so please get in touch and we can get a quote for you (we charge at cost)

 🇬🇧  UK customers:

When you place your order you have a choice of three delivery options:

  • £3.50 Standard shipping  takes approx 4 working days from shipping date (tracked Royal Mail service)
  • £4.50 Faster shipping  takes approx 2 working days from shipping date  (tracked Royal Mail service)
  • £7  Next working day courier (excluding Northern Ireland & remote areas)  Order before 12pm (noon) on a working day and it will be with you the next available working day (they do not deliver on weekends).  Order on a weekend or public holiday and it will be despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday ** Please see below for how next day orders are despatched

Your order despatch:
Once your order is shipped you'll get an email from SnoozeShade HQ (please check your junk mail).  You will then get a separate email from the shipping provider with tracking details.

The tracking will say your delivery is shipped from our warehouse Giftpoint Ltd (it will not say SnoozeShade). 

⏱️ We use DPD for a next working day service. If you need a weekend delivery please contact us before ordering so we can find out what the cost will be.
In the event that we run out of stock at our warehouse, we may, at our discretion, use Amazon's expedited service for next day orders.  This will usually arrive next day or the day after.  We have less control over when they despatch.

For Northern Ireland customers, we can only offer a 72 hour service. 

🇪🇺  EUROPEAN ORDERS IN 2023 - buy via our Amazon UK store

We have enabled global & EU sales on our store on so you can order from there.  Amazon manages all the local import taxes and duties which is faster and cheaper than if we do it.

Unfortunately, due to the huge difficulties we've encountered getting stock into Europe, we made the difficult decision to not fulfil European orders from our website.

📦  International courier takes anywhere from 2-5 working days. You'll receive a tracking number so you can track the shipment.

✉️  International Royal Mail takes longer – it can be anything from 7 - 20 days. You'll receive a tracking number where available.

We do not make a profit on delivery and, in fact, make a small loss in order to keep our prices consistent and competitive for everyone. 


** You are liable for ANY custom or duties payable for delivery in your home country. This is stated at checkout when you choose international delivery.

**  We cannot accurately quote for every delivery destination so, for some international locations we have used the most popular cities in order to give a rough idea of delivery cost. If you live in an area which is more expensive than our quoted rate then we'll contact you so you can pay the difference before shipping.

Sadly, we have heard from a number of customers who've had deliveries stolen from doorsteps when they were out.  Please understand that we cannot be held responsible if this happens. You are sent the tracking details via email so that you can see exactly when it will arrive.  If you're not going to be in when expecting deliveries then please rearrange the delivery date to when you're at home or arrange for a neighbour to take delivery for you.  


We have a number of partners around the world who have been given a coupon code to share within their network.  Any use of coupon codes that are not authorised for public use, or codes that are attributed to someone other than the code creator will mean that your order will be refunded.
