SnoozeShade Plus Deluxe is crafted in luxurious silver-grey mesh fabric with a sleek black trim and uses the only baby-safe certified poppers in the world. It safely protects your child from up to 97.5% of UV rays and helps keep their nap routine on track while you’re out and about.

If your little one doesn’t like sunglasses it’s the perfect choice as the front panel window blocks 80% of UV and lets baby see out. The front can be fully or partially open or closed and gives maximum flexibility.

What is SnoozeShade Plus Deluxe? SnoozeShade Plus Deluxe is a premium version of SnoozeShade Plus Extra, created in silver-grey fabric with a black trim and the only certified baby-safe poppers in the world.

How does it work? SnoozeShade creates a comfortingly dark space that encourages naps by boosting melatonin (the sleepy hormone). When your baby naturally stirs at the end of their sleep cycle, the unique fabric prevents them from latching on to visual stimuli that may stop them getting the deeper, longer nap they need. Use it in snooze mode or shade mode – both provide UV protection.

What is the shade mode? SnoozeShade Plus Deluxe can be used in shade mode to shield your child from up to 80% of UV rays while allowing them to see out. Simply zip up the inner window – a single panel of our unique mesh – to protect from sun, wind, light rain and insects. The shade panel has two zips, so you can leave it partially or fully open or close it completely for maximum protection.

What is the snooze mode? When it’s time for a buggy nap, convert SnoozeShade Plus Deluxe to snooze mode by zipping up the shade panel and securing the outer snooze panel (an extra layer of mesh) using our baby-safe poppers. This creates a sleep-friendly environment that blurs distractions, shuts out 94% of light and blocks 97.5% of UV rays (UPF 40+).

A sleeping-baby emblem deters people from disturbing your child, while the sneak-a-peek zip lets you check on them without letting in too much light.

When the snooze and/or shade panels are not in use, simply roll them up and store them in the integrated front pocket to stop them snagging on your wheels.

Will SnoozeShade Plus Deluxe help my child nap? When in snooze mode, SnoozeShade acts like a portable blackout blind to create a sleep-friendly space. It’s recommended by baby-sleep experts worldwide, because when used regularly it becomes a sleep cue for your child, helping them learn when it’s naptime in the same way shutting the curtains at home does.

What age is it for? We recommend SnoozeShade Plus Deluxe for babies and toddlers who are seated in the stroller seat, because it’s proportioned to fit around a child who is sitting up and wanting to see out.

We say from around 6 months and up but it's just a guide - the most important thing is baby's seating position. If you’re looking for a SnoozeShade for a baby who's in a carrycot, SnoozeShade Original will be a better fit.

You can continue using your SnoozeShade Plus Deluxe as long as your child is in their pushchair. Our founder, Cara, still used hers occasionally when her daughter was five!

Is it machine washable? Of course – it was invented by a mum! All SnoozeShades are machine washable at 30° and can be tumble dried on a low heat.

SnoozeShade Plus Extra

Will it fit my pushchair? Yes! SnoozeShades are all universally sized and fit all single-width pushchairs and strollers with a hood, including jogging strollers. We’ve even seen them used on Thule bike trailers and festival trolleys!

You don’t need to worry about the type of pushchair you have; simply choose the SnoozeShade that suits the age of your child.

How does it attach to my pushchair? SnoozeShade Plus Deluxe attaches to absolutely any pushchair or stroller in seconds. The soft mesh, elasticated sides, stretchy straps and baby-safe poppers make it effortless to fit. Here are our top tips:

1. SnoozeShade Plus Deluxe has eight sets of straps, but you don’t need to use them all. As long as you have a secure fit with no gaps to let in light, you’re good to go.

2. Attach the straps to the frame of your stroller or through any gap you find (hood hinges are ideal). They can also be attached to each other around the back of (or under) the stroller. It’s fine to stretch the straps – they’re designed to extend as needed.

3. Pull the hood of the buggy forward at least halfway before attaching the top straps. Your SnoozeShade will then sit lower at the front and will be easier to attach at the bottom.

Naps on the move... check!

My 9 month old has always fought naps like it's her job - and that's at home under ideal sleep conditions! So you can imagine how challenging it can be to get out and about during the day knowing she might need to sleep but be unable to. Last month I had an all-day hospital appointment coming up which I was dreading to take her to for this reason, so in desperation I Googled 'blackout blind for pram' not even sure if such a thing existed. And that's how I found SnoozeShade! Despite the glowing reviews I was still a tad skeptical that it could work for MY baby, knowing her sleep struggles, but I went ahead and placed my order anyway hoping it would come in time for my appointment the following week. Well it arrived the next day - a Saturday, no less (amazing). We took it for a trial run before the end of the weekend... and my only regret is that I didn't know it existed sooner! It's without a doubt one of the best items-I-didn't-know-I-needed for a baby, and I would absolutely recommend it to any parent of a little. My girl now sleeps for up to 45 minutes on the go (which I know doesn't sound like a lot, but trust me, it's an age compared to the 15-20 minute naps she was taking before), even walking along main roads where there's a lot of noise. Best of all, she was able to sleep at my hospital appointment which took a lot of stress out of that particular day. Fantastic product. I'll be recommending it to any expectant parent I know :)

I can’t explain how much of a help Cara was, the snooze shade I wanted was all sold out online and I messaged on instagram to see if there was any chance of getting a snooze shade in time for my holiday to Dominican Republic which was 5 days away! The team helped me straight away and posted me one out the next day, I can’t explain how grateful I was.

Best money ever spent

This fantastic invention has been on through a British summet, four flights covering the plane bassinet, all the wsy to Australia, on two different prams, and through airports, it's the BEST invention, and bith baby and I could not be happier! Fantastic product, light blocker, still allowing ventilation. It's a MUST have. Brilliant no matter the weather or time of day!

Absolutely brilliant

Just got back from Turkey with my 9 month old. It was his first time abroad and I bought the snoozeshade especially for going on holiday, the temperatures ranged from 35-39 degrees. I had this on my pram for the entire holiday and it was a life saver! He came back back as white as a ghost as he was so well protected from the sun! My little boy hates the sun in his eyes and so this completely blocked it for him. He napped amazingly no matter where we were as by blocking about the sun and most of the heat! I attached a pram fan to my pram inside the snoozeshade and this meant that he has a lovely constant breeze on him too. I wouldn’t be without this!
