How to return your SnoozeShade

Please read these steps carefully — if we don’t receive everything in resalable condition, we may not be able to process your refund.

  1. Fold and secure: Please fold your SnoozeShade neatly. Attach all straps to each other so they don’t snag on the fabric. Return it with all original packaging - storage bag, tags, leaflet and postcard (these carry a replacement cost if missing).
  2. Pack securely: Ensure the package is sealed well and weatherproofed for wet conditions.
  3. Include your details: Add your name, email address, and order number inside the package. Without this, we cannot process your refund.
  4. Proof of postage: You must obtain proof of shipping and insurance cover from your mailing service. If your parcel is lost, you’ll need to claim from them - we cannot refund or exchange products we do not receive.
  5. Condition check: Please pack carefully. Returned items must be in resalable condition (ready to put back on sale immediately). Damaged items cannot be refunded.

  7. Inspection & refund: Once your return arrives, it will be checked against the reason specified. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  8. Timing: Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt for your refund. You’ll receive a notification when it’s processed.
  9. Peak periods: Between March and September, returns are checked weekly. Thank you for your patience.

Important: We cannot refund products that arrive damaged, missing parts, or without clear order details. It is your responsibility to double-check before posting.
